This is the second time that I've used Remoov and I couldn't be happier. They stayed in touch when the pick up hit a delay, they were efficient and skilled as they removed a dining room set and place it in the car. They protected the table very well. They were also professional and friendly. It was easy, fast, and well done.

Immediate email response with details. I had multiple options for scheduling within a 3 hour window the next day and on the weekend. I received reminder text messages leading up to pick up. On the day of I received a text from the driver on ETA and updates. They arrived as expected and were polite and professional. I would absolutely use them again and would refer them.

We had Remoov clear out our 2nd home condo: they were very responsive and flexible. Our move was complicated because we had them take items to resale, donate and recycle -- but also to move to our other home. We had numerous iterations and they promptly updated the quote on their cool system. Movers were very efficient and responsive also. I recommend them.

the whole process was easy and fast. setup an account on their website, sent pictures of the items including some details. within 24 hours I received a link with an estimate to pick up all the items, which would be sold, donated or recycled. once I agreed with the estimate, I scheduled a pickup a few days later. I even added a few items afterward. they were able to accommodate the additional items and kept the same pickup date and time. the two guys that arrived to pickup the items were polite and fast. they had to bring down a few heavy items down two staircases. my street is not the easiest with lots of double parking, low electrical wires and a steep hill. overall, I was very satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend their service.

Thank you very much for the assistance with my fridge. The gentleman helping me really went above and beyond with helping me get my new fridge in and taking my old one out. They had to take my front door off to ensure that the fridges would fit through properly. They did it with ease and we're very kind, quick and professional.

This was my third time using Remoov and they were stellar again! Called to see if it was ok to come early, Roberto and his crew were professional, hardworking and a great team. They took additional items, treated all with great care ( even the recycle items) and were in and out quickly. Cannot recommend them enough. Excellent way to unload things you don't use/want/need and they either consign, donate or recycle ....so they can take just about anything! Super easy and reasonable to deal with. All around very positive experience!

Soooo easy! One-stop shop. I took pics and texted them on Sunday, got an estimate Monday, scheduled online for a pickup Wednesday. Hugo and his helper showed up at the beginning of the window, worked very quickly and all the stuff I wanted out of my life is magically gone. No need to hassle with random people coming over, figuring out how to donate, sell, discard. This is as convenient as it gets. Six stars!

The team was on time and kept me informed of their arrival time through out the day. The removal was very quick, team was friendly and professional and efficient. it costed so much less 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Will use them again! Now I'm waiting to see if they will be able to sell the massage chair I had removed. I'm not expecting anything but maybe will be pleasantly surprised in a few months' time :)

The amazing team from Remoovit arrived early- which was super helpful. They moved out all of the items very carefully/no damage, and they were very professional. Big shout out for Roberto, Roberto and Douglas!

The Remoov team was wonderful to work with. From their video consultation staff, to their customer service line, to the 3 movers who completed the job - everyone was professional and friendly. The movers were so fast and smooth! Bob was the project lead, Tony and Jerry were support moving staff. The three of them handled my furniture with great care during removal, and they disassembled a very complicated bed frame within minutes. I would not have been able to do this move without them. I would absolutely use their services again!

They were in and out within 45 minutes, maybe even less than that. I had a sectional sofa with an ottoman and a king size bed for them to take. I'm moving to another state and I needed someone to take these two things off my hands since I wasn't able to take them with me. I submitted my photos on Tuesday and they came Thursday to remove everything. I would use their services again if needed. :)
