Hugo and Robert were great! We initially had one couch and a dinning table to get rid of but when asked they were kind enough to help us submit a few more pieces of furniture. We weren't so sure about how to get our couch out of the door since it was pretty big but they both managed with no issue! The only thing I would say is depending on how many pieces of furniture you are handing over the prices might get a little high so be prepared BUT it is 100% worth not having to rent a truck big enough (if you don't already own one), find someone to help you load and unload and the bonus is that you know it won't be wasted at the dump. 10/10 would call them again

Needed to recycle an old couch and worked with Remoov to take care of it. They were very flexible, able to adjust the pick up schedule top fit our fast timeline. The movers that came were great - they were on time and very professional. The couch was large and they had to get creative getting it out the door, they did this with great care to ensure no damage to the house or plants which I appreciated.

My aunt passed away in August and as trustee of her estate, I needed to clean out her home and prepare it for sale. Friends and family helped move many cherished items but a three bedroom home has a lot of stuff. I reached out to Remoov and sent them pictures, we also had a Zoom meeting to make sure we covered all of the belongings. After a few adjustments, we set a date and the guys came by and took everything in the house that was left, filling most of a huge truck. It took them about 3 hours and when they left the house was empty! Such a releif. They will be consigning some of the items, donating others and recycling everything else in an environmentally positive way. They were always friendly and cheerful, it was a lot of work and I am thrilled with the results
